How long does shipping take?
Most orders within Ireland are delivered in 1–5 business days. EU deliveries may take 7–10 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Is there free delivery?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over €200 within Ireland. Orders under that amount include a low flat-rate shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
You can return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Some exclusions may apply (e.g. software, hygiene-sensitive products).
How do I start a return?
We’re so sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What now?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received anything within 15 minutes, contact us to confirm your order went through.
Can I place an order on behalf of my school or business?
